Marketing & Communications Intern (51_2026.1)

About Your Internship Role:

Affinity Solutions is seeking a creative, ambitious Marketing Intern to join our in-house team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Content & Communications, you’ll gain hands-on experience across PR, communications, social media, events, content, and broader marketing programs. You’ll work cross-functionally to amplify our brand presence, elevate market understanding of our solutions, and help generate meaningful buzz and client engagement.

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to learn how a modern marketing organization operates in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Communications & PR Support

  • Assist with drafting and editing communications materials, including press announcements, thought leadership content, talking points, and internal communications.
  • Help monitor industry trends and competitive news to support communications planning.
  • Support development of content for newsletters, blog posts, and external communications.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn
  • Contribute ideas for social storytelling tied to campaigns, events, and industry moments.
  • Assist with updating website content and drafting copy for marketing assets.

Events & Industry Activation

  • Support event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination for conferences, webinars, and partner activations.
  • Help develop promotional plans, event communications, and marketing materials.
  • Manage event deliverables and timelines to ensure smooth execution.

General Marketing Support

  • Support demand generation and product marketing initiatives, including cross-channel campaigns, sales enablement efforts, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist with project management tasks and organization of marketing assets, documentation, and reporting.

Your Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $25/hr for undergraduate students, $30/hr for current graduate students
Office Hours: 9am – 5:30pm
