About Your Role:
We are seeking an inquisitive, collaborative, and self-motivated Director of Product Management to join Affinity Solutions. In this position, you will be driving development for our UK product offering as we launch new market-leading solutions to drive our growth across the country.
Your Contributions:
- Drive the development and implementation of products within Clean Rooms such as Snowflake, including insights reporting, dashboards, and predictive modelling.
- Perform Clean Room research and drive the PoCs and business cases required to make informed decisions on what Clean Room platforms and solutions to invest in.
- Work closely with UK data providers to scope out requirements for upstream data provision and ensure alignment with Affinity’s product roadmap.
- Clearly define product roadmap and priorities, including business and technical requirements to be shared and reviewed with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure understanding of level of effort, resource needs, and dependencies in order to enable effective planning and predictable delivery.
- Collaborate in creating comprehensive product documentation for internal and external consumption and go-to-market needs.
- Support the pre-sales process and gather intel and feedback from both existing and prospective clients to ensure our product solves the highest priority client problems.
- Own end-to-end product/market fit, from foundational data quality assurance to enabling clients to get the outcomes they need, which will lead to our sales and account teams achieving our growth goals.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
- Experience working with data and building data products.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Can communicate the vision, advantages, and value of Affinity’s UK products both internally and externally with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with engineers on deeply technical topics and able to understand the interplay between business requirements and technical capabilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Able to pick up new and loosely defined tasks and run with them without the need for hand holding.
- Inquisitive; enjoys solving complex problems and working with large datasets.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills; able to balance multiple work streams.
- Knowledge of the data Clean Room market and/or direct experience working with Snowflake, especially Snowflake Data Clean Rooms, highly preferred.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
Office Hours: 9am - 5:30pm EST
