Channel Partner Lead (2_2025.3)

Affinity Solutions is hiring a Channel Partner Lead to generate demand and increase adoption of Affinity’s outcomes-based measurement solutions across the advertising ecosystem. This strategic role spans relationships with brand marketers, media agencies, and ad sales teams at publishers and CTV platforms, while also serving as a key internal partner to Marketing and Product to drive awareness, adoption, and product-market fit.

You’ll play a pivotal role in executing field strategies, building advocacy networks, and fueling platform demand that flows into Affinity’s measurement engine.

Your Contributions:

Cross-Ecosystem Demand Generation

  • Lead engagement across the buy- and sell-side: including agencies, brand media directors, and publisher/platform ad sales teams.
  • Drive education and activation programs that increase usage of media platforms and environments powered by Affinity measurement.
  • Build trusted relationships and act as a thought partner to senior agency, brand, and publisher leaders.

Field Activation & Evangelism

  • Represent Affinity in the field through roadshows, agency and client trainings, partner briefings, and industry events.
  • Deliver compelling narratives around the value of purchase-based outcomes, tailored to decision-makers across planning, media, and analytics roles.
  • Identify emerging brand and campaign use cases that align with Affinity-enabled platforms and translate into increased volume.

Internal Collaboration & GTM Strategy

  • Work closely with Marketing to shape campaigns, events, and content that support awareness, lead generation, and brand positioning efforts across agencies and publishers.
  • Partner with Product to feed market insights back into roadmap planning and ensure new features and capabilities are adopted effectively by ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the GTM and Sales leadership teams to align demand generation activities with pipeline growth and revenue goals.

Agency & Brand Advocacy

  • Build and sustain long-term advocacy programs across major holding companies, independents, and brand organizations.
  • Act as the face of Affinity to senior marketers, enabling adoption of partner platforms where Affinity measurement is embedded.
  • Deliver customized value stories, training materials, and co-marketing opportunities to increase engagement and influence.

Ad Sales Enablement

  • Equip ad sales teams at media publishers and CTV platforms with messaging, case studies, and frameworks to pitch Affinity-powered outcomes measurement.
  • Conduct live training, co-sell planning, and executive workshops to align measurement value with advertiser goals.
  • Help close feedback loops from the field to enhance how Affinity supports and integrates with partner platforms.

Your Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in advertising, media, or measurement, with proven success influencing demand on both buy-side (brands, agencies) and sell-side (publishers, platforms).Marketing and Media experience is required.
  • Deep understanding of how campaigns are planned, sold, executed, and measured—especially across digital and CTV.
  • Exceptional storytelling, training, and relationship-building skills, with a bias for activation and execution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Strong presence in the field—comfortable leading sessions, speaking on panels, and building momentum across partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Network of agency, brand, and media platform contacts.
  • Experience bringing new measurement solutions to market.
  • Background in advanced analytics, brand lift, or sales attribution methodologies.

Salary Range: $145,000 - $155,000 base salary + commissionable

Office Hours: 9am - 5:30pm EST
