Sales Specialist/Account Executive (3_2025.3)

Affinity Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to support the execution of its advertiser and agency demand initiatives. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, though this may change, this role is ideal for someone early in their career with a passion for advertising, media, and marketing measurement—and eager to learn by working closely with senior leadership.

This role is a blend of sales support, partner coordination, and agency sales, helping to drive adoption of media platforms powered by Affinity’s outcomes-based measurement products.

Your Contributions:

Field & Partner Enablement Support

  • Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for agency trainings, brand briefings, and media partner sessions.
  • Help track and organize outreach across brands, agencies, and publisher/platform sales teams.
  • Support execution of field initiatives such as roadshows, roundtables, and co-marketing activations.

Sales Collateral & Presentation Development

  • Help customize pitch decks, one-pagers, and training materials for agency, brand, and platform audiences.
  • Maintain an organized library of up-to-date sales enablement content.
  • Support post-meeting follow-up documentation and CRM logging.

Market Research & Opportunity Tracking

  • Research agencies, brands, and media partners to support prioritization and outreach planning.
  • Identify key stakeholders, recent campaign activity, and strategic fit with Affinity’s offerings.
  • Monitor campaign measurement activity across partners to track influence and volume impact.

Internal Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to help execute demand generation programs and field-facing assets.
  • Work closely with Product and Analytics teams to route questions or feedback from partners.
  • Assist with measurement volume reporting and performance tracking across initiatives.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in advertising, media, marketing, or sales support roles (agency, publisher, martech or data provider a plus). Marketing and Media experience is required.
  • Interest in advertising strategy, measurement, and media partnerships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Excel, and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Clear communicator who’s eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to media planning or ad sales operations.
  • Familiarity with CTV, programmatic media, or brand measurement tools.
  • Previous support experience in a cross-functional GTM or partnerships team.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 base salary + commissionable

Office Hours: 9am - 5:30pm EST
