Agency and Platform Revenue Development Representative (26_2026.1)

About Your Role:

Affinity is seeking an Agency and Platform Revenue Development Rep (RDR), who will identify, validate, and qualify new meeting opportunities directly to agencies, brands, and media platforms. The successful candidate will bring previous experience in Ad Tech, Mar Tech, and Ad Measurement, as well as a proven track record of setting qualified meetings that convert to forecastable sales pipeline.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate new outbound demand (e.g., meetings with identified buying personas) for the sales organization to pursue.
  • Prospect predetermined list of agencies, brands, and platforms using a multichannel approach (phone outreach, voicemail, email, video, social media, LinkedIn messaging, etc.) to foster meaningful interactions and drive interest for new business conversations.
  • Gather market feedback to inform roadmap priorities and identify partnership opportunities that expand distribution or data access.
  • Qualify inbound marketing-generated demand leads against established criteria before passing an identified meeting opportunity to the sales channel rep.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts on the volume of qualified demand generated and progress toward the established service-level agreement and performance metrics.
  • Track and manage prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities in the company’s Salesforce automation (SFA) system.
  • Comply with all demand management-related service-level agreements.
  • Partner closely with Affinity’s sales, marketing, analytics, and product teams to scale learnings across accounts.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • One to five years of B2B revenue development experience with a strong track record against an established performance goal.
  • Experience in Ad Tech, Mar Tech, Ad Measurement, and prospecting for complex offerings to enterprise-level direct brands, platforms, and/or media agencies with multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of programmatic media, audience targeting, measurement, and clean room environments is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability in active listening to assess a prospect’s needs, articulating a reasonable value proposition on every call, and asking open-ended questions to uncover key business challenges.
  • Ability in using existing and emerging technology to monitor targeted accounts in verticals such as Retail, QSR, Financial Services, or Travel for new buying group members and identify trigger events for follow up.
  • Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ChatGPT/Gemini prompts for research.

Salary Range: $66,000 – $76,000

Office Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
